What happens next

When you reach out, here’s the pattern we run:

  • Within 1 business day — You hear back from us. Either a direct reply with our initial thoughts, or a request for a short discovery call to understand the brief.
  • Within 1 week — We’ve done a quick audit (your current ads, site, or whichever part of your stack we’d be helping with) and come back with our honest read — including whether we think we’re the right partner. If we’re not, we’ll point you toward someone who is.
  • Within 2 weeks — If it’s a fit, we’ve written a proposal with a clear 90-day plan, measurable targets, and pricing. No 50-page decks. No buzzword salad.

What to include in your first message

You don’t need to write a full brief, but a few specifics speed things up:

  • Your company name and website (if one exists).
  • What you sell — one or two sentences is fine.
  • What you’d like to be different in 90 days.
  • Whether you’re already running paid media, and if so, roughly at what monthly spend.
  • Anything time-sensitive (a product launch, a board meeting, a deadline).

Our studio is in Texas, USA. We work remotely with clients across the United States and internationally, with particular depth in the Texas market (Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio) for businesses needing local lead-generation. For in-person meetings in Texas, we can arrange those on request.
